POPIA Privacy Notice
This notice explains how Siphile Development Agency processes personal information in terms of the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

Special personal information
Health-related and children's information is only processed within our programmes, with appropriate consent and safeguards, and is never published or shared without a lawful basis. Such information is not collected through this website.
Data subject rights
- To be notified that personal information is being collected.
- To access, correct or delete personal information we hold.
- To object to processing and to withdraw consent.
- To lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
Cross-border transfers and security
Where personal information is hosted or processed outside South Africa by a service provider, SDA takes reasonable steps to ensure comparable levels of protection as required by POPIA.
